  • At Cael Sporting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

    1. Return Eligibility

    You may return items purchased from Cael Sporting within insert number of days, e.g., 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Items marked as final sale

    3. Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within  insert number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days.

    4. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. Your original item must be returned in accordance with our return eligibility.

    5. Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

    6. Warranty Information

    All products sold by Cael Sporting are covered by a insert duration, e.g., 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team.

    7. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team, including your return authorization number.
